Ralph A. of Newtown Ohio, Age 87. Born 1-2-1929 Died 1-17-2016 A Heroic and Valiant war Veteran. Devoted and loving husband of 61 years to Rita M Kneipp Meineke. Loving father of Victoria (late Ben) DeSalvo, Allison (David) Chantland, Gregg Meineke, Jeff (Lynda) Meineke, David Meineke and Laura Meineke. Dear brother of June Carper, Anthony (Shirley) Meineke, Kenny (Carol) Meineke, late Ronald and Raymond Meineke. Grandfather of Joel Gregory Meineke, Manuel Bennett Bentley, Hannah Marie Meineke, Joshua Garrett Meineke, Emily Desiree DeSalvo, Heather Marie Meineke, Jordan Lee DeSalvo, Vincent Brenton DeSalvo, Justin Gordon Meineke, Morgan Danielle Chantland and a host of cherished canine and feline Grand-Fur's. In 1959, Ralph established his own business, Mariemont T.V. in his birthplace of Madisonville Ohio, later relocating to Anderson Twp/Newtown Ohio dba Meineke Electronic's. A good man who loved his family and provided deeply. He loved history and often shared personal stories from his childhood and time served in the military. His up bringing was full of hard work, it never made him hard, it made him compassionate. Our Dad was always there when he was needed. He brought to his family hard work. As hard as it is right now, through the heartache and tears we need to think about what is because of him.
