Brother of David Howard and the late Cheryl Lawrence. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. Family will receive friends for Celebration of Life service Thursday 2 PM at St. Margaret of Cortona Church 4100 Watterson St. Cincinnati. Cyrus was a member of the Newtown Fire Department for 30 + years and Assistant Fire Chief. Memorials to the Hospice of Cincinnati or American Cancer Society.
