Donald E. Sr. beloved and dedicated husband for 59 years of Arlene (nee Merritt) Luecke and son of the late George and Albertine (nee Miller) Luecke. Loving father of Donald E. Luecke Jr. and Steven (Debbie) Luecke. Dear brother of Bobby Luecke, Larry Luecke and Marilyn Reece. Loving grandfather of Cameron Luecke, Missy Hering and Taylor Turner. Caring uncle and best friend of Angie Owen, Tonya (Eddie) Speers, Stasie Speers and Cynthia (Billy) Ramsey. Caring brother-in-law of the late Herb (Laverne) Merritt and Bob (Avis) Merritt. Also survived by many relatives and friends who loved him. Passed away peacefully April 12, 2011, at age 77. Born February 20, 1934. At his request, no service will be held and his wish is for memorials or donations be made to the American Cancer Society in his honor. God put His arms around you and whispered come with Me. Now follow Him on your journey home to Heaven, for we will see you again someday. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best. We love you, in our memories you will stay.
