Herschel L Cornn

Age 82, went to his heavenly home on 11/26/2020. He was the devoted husband of 59 years to Martha Cornn (née Bentley), his sweetheart and love of his life. He was the highly treasured father to his daughters, Katherine M. Bryant (Jeffery) and Linda Sacre (Darrin), and the beloved grandfather of his grandchildren, Laura Bryant Frye (Jarryd), Nathan Bryant, and Faith and Chelsey Sacre. He will be greatly missed by the many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews who knew him. He is predeceased by his parents Sarah Katherine and Ephriam Cornn and 6 brothers. He is survived by his sister, Lorene Byrd. He found joy investing in the lives of children as an educator and superintendent of 38 years, serving in Williamsburg, Highland, and Valley View Schools. He was a patient and gentle teacher at heart. From tennis strokes and golf swings to basketball layups and algebra problems, knee bounces and peep-eye, he enjoyed spending time with the many children in his life. Private services to be held for family. Interment at Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, Ohio. Services at the convenience of the family.
