Snider, Jacqueline Rose (nee Penley), resident of New Richmond, Ohio, 10/10/20, at the age of 67 years. Devoted wife of the late William A. Snider (1995). Loving mother of William "Billy" D. Snider. Sister of Norma Hatfield, Debby Ayers, Teresa Thorton and the late Ronnie Penley. Daughter of the late Jack and Gladys (nee Partin) Penley. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Sister-in-Law of Kimberley Mayes. Family will receive family and friends, Friday, October 16th at 11 AM until 1 PM at Moore Family Funeral Home, 225 Spring Street, Batavia, Ohio. Graveside service 1:45 PM at Mt. Zion Cemetery, New Richmond, Ohio. Jacqueline was born in Keokee, VA and moved here at a young age and attended Withrow Schools. As an adult she owned and operated Affordable Cleaning Service for 23 years.
