Joseph E. Doering

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joseph Doering, our loving and devoted father and grandfather. He left us on December 1, 2020, and is now having a joyous reunion in heaven with our mom. Being a social person, Joe made friends where ever he went, and was loved by everyone who met him. His passion was spending time with his family and working with his tropical fish. He was especially proud of his time spent in the Navy during WWII. Joe was the beloved husband of the late Janice, father of Linda (Robert), Barbara (Vickie) and Mark (Traci), and proud grandfather of Jason (Alicia), Stephanie (Rocky), Katie (Lloyd), Amy (Winston), Chelsea and Bethany, and many great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son Mike. Visitation with family, Friday, December 11, 2020 from 9 AM to 10 AM in the entrance to St. Veronica Church, 4473 Mt. Carmel Tobasco Road, Cincinnati, OH 45244. A funeral mass celebrating Joe’s life will immediately follow. The burial will be after the mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
