HARPER Kathleen A. Louderback Hutchins, age 77, resident of Loveland, Ohio and part time resident of Mesa, Arizona. Wife of Billy G. Harper. Mother to Richard W. Hutchins, Lora A. Stultz, Kathy L. Miller. Daughter of the late William C. and Elsie A. (nee Kain) Louderback. Survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 5 sisters, Marilyn Hobbs, Betty Harris, Neoma Hurdle, Sharlene Powell and Arlene Alexander and numerous other family and dear friends. Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 2 PM in Sardinia Cemetery 141 Sardinia-Mowrystown Rd. Sardinia, Ohio 45171.
