GRGETIC Richard E., age 62 of Batavia, OH passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2014. Loving husband of Cindy A. Johnson, dear brother of Pat (Charles) Hopson and David (Katie) Grgetic, brother-in-law of Sandy (Tony) Johnson, son-in-law of Willma Johnson and Glen (Nancy) Johnson. Also survived by nephews Douglas (Kary) Moore and Peter (Lisa) Moore, Robert Grgetic, Andrew (Meagan) Johnson and Michael Johnson and niece Emily Grgetic; grand nieces Emmaline and Millicent Johnson, Eva Moore and grand nephews August Johnson, Ryan Ulrich, Sean, Colin, Brendan and Isaac Moore. Preceded in death by parents Edward F. and Ann D. Grgetic. Born in Cleveland, OH, May 1, 1952, Rick was a 1969 graduate of Richmond Heights High School and earned his B.A. from the University of Toledo in 1974. A resident of Batavia since 1981, he was editor of the Clermont County Historical Society newsletter of which he was a member since 1994. In addition to his love of family, Rick’s hobbies, avocations and expertise included financial/investment counseling, history, music, gardening, woodworking and home improvement. He was also a decades-long member of the Cincinnati Nature Center. Memorial donations may be made to the Clermont County Historical Society, P.O.
