Barbara Luithle

Barbara Ann Luithle, born on March 26, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She lived a vibrant life in her hometown of Cincinnati with her husband of 50 years, Charles, and touched the hearts of many throughout her journey.

Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles, as well as her parents, Harvey and Mary Burck, and her siblings, Robert Burck, Susan Garner (and the late James), Linda Burck, and David Burck.

She is survived by her children Dennis (Sharon), Gary (Judy), Ray (and the late Debi) Luithle and Kay (Patrick) Shain. Grandmother of 12 grandchildren. Also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her siblings: Donald Burck (Nancy), Mary Jean Carter (Bobby), Karen Milby (Mike), Cynthia Pumpple (John), Patricia Dreyer (Ron), Michael Burck (Karen), and Timothy Burck (Rose Ann). Barbara is also survived by in-laws: Janet Burck (the late Robert) and Mary Burck (the late David).

Her family was her greatest joy, and the bonds she shared with them will forever be cherished.

A visitation will take place at St. Veronica Catholic Church, located at 4473 Mount Carmel Tobasco Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244, on December 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial follows at 10:00 AM.

Burial will be at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, located at 686 Mt. Moriah Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45255.
