July 25, 1958 — October 1, 2022
Bernard Allen Boerger, "Bernie", passed away at the age of 64 on October 1, 2022, at Good Samaritan Hospital. Bernie was the beloved son of the late Elizabeth "Betty" Walker and grandson of the late Arthur and Margaret Wenzel. He is survived by his children BJ (Leah), Amy, and Nicholas; and grandchildren Emily, Kaitlyn, Logan, Lily, Landen, Natalie and Jack. Bernie was a lifelong resident of the Cincinnati West Side who enjoyed playing cards and shooting pool with his many friends at Western Bowl. Bernie will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
