Daughter of the late Otis & Ann (Nee Whitaker) Perkins. cousin of Louise & David Burke. Family will receive friends Tuesday 12 noon to time of service 1 PM. Beth was a professor of Philosophy at Northern Kentucky University for 16 years. Memorials to League for Animal Welfare.
