Charles William "Bill" Miller, Sr.

Charles William "Bill" Miller, Sr., age 93 of Newtown, passed away on March 19, 2024. Bill was born on October 9, 1930, to the late Clyde and Alice (nee Ward) Miller. He was the devoted husband of the late Johanna Miller (nee Albu); loving father of Vickie Lynn Miller, Cheryl Kay (Doug Taylor) Albert, and the late Charles William "Billy" Miller, Jr.; cherished grandfather of Stephanie Nichole Boyajian; and dear brother of Sherry Roberts and late brother and sisters. 

Though he grew up in Springdale, Bill became a lifelong resident of Newtown. He was a tractor and trailer mechanic, and even busted truck tires by hand. At one time he owned his own trucking company. Later in life, Bill developed a passion for karaoke singing tunes from Hank Williams, Sr., and Waylon Jennings to name a few.  

Friends and family may visit on Monday, March 25, 2024, from 1PM until 2PM at Moore Family Funeral Homes - 6708 Main Street, Newtown Ohio, 45244. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery.
