GROTHAUS, David Michael Resident of Western Hills Friday 4/24/15 age 37 husband of Karla Grothaus (nee Price) Loving father of Anthony & Justin Grothaus. Son of David Grothaus & Gigi (Eddie) Dales, grandson of Mary Grothaus, brother of Jamie (Josh) Reynolds & Joshua Dales. Uncle of Jayden & Josephine & also survived by his cousin Shawn Kelly. Family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6 PM until time of service 8 PM all @ the Life Change Church 4359 East Bauman Ln. Batavia, Ohio 45103 (phone) 513-735-2555.
