Step-son of the late Mary Koebbe. Brother of the late Cheryl McNeil. Grandfather of Carson Owens. Uncle of Reva McNeil. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday, May 17th, 12PM Noon at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 1479 Locust Lake Road, Amelia, Ohio. Interment Mt. Moriah Cemetery. David worked for 40 plus years and was the President of Eger Products, Inc. Memorials may be directed to the Southwest Ohio VFW Memorial Team.
