NEWTOWN - David A. Lockaby Age 60. Dear brother of Barbara Maham, John (Missy) Lockaby, and the late Beverly Lockaby. Son of the late Jewell R. and Novella M. (nee Webb) Lockaby. David was a dedicated sports enthusiast and especially loved his Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. If so inclined memorials made be made to the Americian Diabetes Association.
