She was born March 18,1949 to her late parents Stanton S. and June (nee Krawczyk) Frakes. Wife of the late Vincent T. Evans (2018). Loving mother of Teresa (Jason) Wright and the late Melanie Evans. Sister of Deborah ( Roque) Gagnebin. Grandmother of Spencer, Grace and Lillian and her faithful companion Sophie. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.Moore Family Funeral Homes serving the family.
