Saylor, Donald Clayton, 3/7/17, age 74, resident of Batavia. Beloved husband of Patty L. (nee Morris) Saylor. Father of Gregory D. (Elizabeth nee King) Saylor and Douglas C. (Lori nee Alford) Saylor. Brother of Richard Gerald (Sharon nee Kenton) Saylor. Grandfather of Zachary, Alexander and Allyson Saylor. Uncle of Jarrod Saylor and cousin of Carol Beckelheimer. Preceded in death by his parents Richard and Olive (nee Curry) Saylor. Don was the owner of Batavia Furniture (1967-1995), DC Video, Gulf Station (1967-1992), Shell Station (1963-1967). He was former president of Batavia Rotary and past president of BCRL, member of Batavia Businessmen’s Association, helped start the Clermont County YMCA and founding stock holder of Batavia Ridge Club. Family will receive friends Saturday 10 AM to 1 PM at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 225 Spring Street, Batavia. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to Clermont to the Rescue Humane Society, 4025 Filager Road, Batavia, OH 45103.

Don you will be truly missed. I always remember the good times our families had from the Ridge Club, fishing at Houghton Lake Michigan, baby sitting the boys, and snowmobiling. Thank you for being there for mom and dad and me. I felt I learned a great business sense from. God is getting a good man. Love in Christ.
