Frederick C. Bosken, Jr.

UNION TOWNSHIP - Frederick "Freddie" C. Bosken, Jr., age 83, passed away on June 10, 2026. He was born on May 5, 1943, to the late Frederick C. and Helen A. (nee Fratz) Bosken, Sr. Freddie was the loving husband of Sonya L. (nee Dick) Bosken; devoted father of Jerry (Muay) Bosken, Kim (Jeff) Weigel, and Suzi (Gary) Simon; cherished grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 14, with one on the way; dear brother of Barbara (Jim) Comello, the late Tommy Bosken, and the late Suzi Bosken. He was also blessed with the love and friendship of Dayna, whom he loved as a daughter. Freddie is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Freddie proudly served in the United States Army. He loved birds, mentoring friends and family, watching golf, dancing, playing poker, yardwork, and his numerous trips to Aruba.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM memorial service at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 6708 Main Street, Newtown, Ohio 45244.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Freddie's name may be made to a veteran organization of your choice.
