Gregory M. McAvoy

McAvoy, Gregory M. of Batavia OH, passed away peacefully September 6, 2023 at the age of 71 in Mt. Washington, OH.  Gregory was born on August 6, 1952 in Cincinnati, OH to his parents the late George C. and Clara E. (nee O'Brien) McAvoy.  Loving father of Casey P., Shawn M., and Tara M. McAvoy.  Brother of the late Richard McAvoy and Betty Wynne.  Cherished grandfather of Grayson Robins and uncle of Timothy, Patrick and Suzie Wynne and the late Wendy Wynne.  Family will receive friends for a memorial visitation Friday, September 15, 2023 at 6PM until a Celebration of Life Prayer service at 6:30 PM at Moore Family Funeral Home, 6708 Main Street, Newtown, OH 45244.  Gregory loved the electric bass guitar and was an amazing custom wood craftsman and helped build many custom homes around the Cincinnati area.  Memorials may be made to an organization of your choice.
