Devoted wife of the late Clarence Dowers, loving mother of Clarence Dowers, Charles Dowers, Lydia Carson, Yvonne Weyer, Clifton (Mary) Dowers, Brenda Lusheck, Chris (Cindy) Dowers. Sister of Bessie Jewell & Kenneth Endicott. Also loving grandmother & great-grandmother of several. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Southwest Ohio or to Clermont Pets Alive. Moore Family Funeral Homes serving the family
