Barnes, Hilda P. resident of Batavia. Passed away at the age of 94 on April 28, 2022 in Batavia,Ohio. Hilda was born January 5, 1928 in Jackson Twp. OH to William and Nellie Sibert (nee Bordwell). Beloved wife of Vernon R. Barnes. Loving mother of Jeanine Bowling, Teresa (Albert) Short, Sherry (Jim) Luti, Timithy (Kathy) Barnes, Vernon (Brenda) Barnes, James (Lisa) Barnes and Bill (Sherry) Barnes. Preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Michael, Devon, Vernon Jr., Danny, Daisy, Lisa, AJ, Craig, Kenny, Michael, Donnie, Mandy, Rachel, Jamie, Joshua, Luke, and Rani. Also survived by numerous Great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesdays May 3, 2022 at  Moore Family Funeral Home 225 Spring St. Batavia from 11AM until 12:30 PM time of service. Interment Graceland Memorial Gardens
