James R. Sr. age 71, went to heaven June 9, 2014. Husband of the late Nancy (Martin) Spurlock. Loving father of, James and wife Melissa Spurlock, Launa Smith, and Matthew and wife Melissa Spurlock. Dear grandfather of Jessica, Lexi, Brooke, Lia, Baili, Alex, Mikey, Mathias, Isaac and Gabriel. Family will receive friends 11 AM Tues. June 17, 2014 until 12:30 PM service at the Moore Family Funeral Home NEWTOWN. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718
