James VanderMolen

James VanderMolen, 91, beloved Father, was called to his eternal resting place on March 13, 2020. He entered this world on September 24, 1928, in Cleveland, OH, born to Jacob and Dena VanderMolen. He was preceded in death by a son, Larry Nelson VanderMolen. He is survived by his wife Ann VanderMolen and children Deborah Ann (David) Bain, Darrell Jay (Deanna) VanderMolen, Wendy Sue (Terry Donohue) VanderMolen, Peggy Jo (Dennis) Anderson, and Ronald Scott (Rhonda) VanderMolen. James is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. James served in the Naval Reserve from 1947 to 1953 during the Korean War. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at First Baptist Church of Glen Este, 1034 Old State Route 74, Batavia Ohio, 45103. A visitation hour will be held beginning at 10:00 AM with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263.
