Lewis, Jamie A., 5/31/17, age 29, resident of Dry Ridge, Ky. Loving husband of Nichole Lewis. Dear father of Rebecca Lewis. Beloved son of Gloria Lewis. Dear brother of Mathew Lewis, Pete Lewis and Michael Lewis. Also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Due to Jamie's wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial will follow at a later date.
