Jeffrey Scott Kelly, age 53, walked up the stairway to heaven on October 20, 2025. Born April 20, 1972, to the late James R. Kelly Jr. and surviving Judith A. Kelly (nee Pennington). Beloved Father of Kaitlyn Kelly, Jacob Kelly, Sydney Kelly, Nathaniel (Mae) Kelly, and Abigail Kelly. Grandfather of the incoming Oliver Kelly. Loyal Brother to Jill (Denny) Neat, and Jason (Kimberly) Kelly. Uncle of Lindee, Ryder, and Molly.
Jeff lived life to the fullest. Before having 5 kids with his first wife Erin, he played guitar in a handful of bands and was able to travel with them. Travel was always in his blood though, having travel around with his family before Erin came around. His father instilled a love of Chevrolet sports cars; with his mother effectionally describing him as a "Corvette Freak like his father." After going to all 48 states, he determined Florida was his place, due in part to the ocean. He loved fishing and going on deep sea fishing trips. Being in florida lead him to take his Master's Degree for UC to join a consultant group, working as a project manager and estimator on various projects, including updates and construction projects with Disney Hotels down on Disney World Property in Orlando. Jeff also loved Baseball, played knot hole select as a lefty, and watched the Reds when he could.
He never made it to Panama, but he sure Jumped around when he could, Danced the night away, and made his running with the devil a party and eruption of love and support for everyone that met him, loved him, and was a part of his journey.
