Jewell B. Hargis

UNION TOWNSHIP - Jewell B. Hargis, age 95, passed away on September 22, 2024. He was born on February 1, 1929, to the late Barney and Myrtle (nee Phelps) Hargis. Jewell was the devoted husband of the late Geneva Hargis (nee Rose); loving father of Vicki (Joseph) Snider and Billy (Cindy) Hargis; cherished grandfather of Steven, Bradley, and Kristen; beloved great-grandfather of Caden, Lincoln, Kenna, Brylee, and Audrey; and dear brother of Russell Hargis. In addition to his parents and wife, Jewell was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters. Jewell was a proud 60+ year member of Crosspointe Baptist Church.

Friends and family may visit on Friday, September 27, 2024, from 10AM until 12PM funeral service at Crosspointe Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jewell's honor may be made to the Crosspointe Baptist Church Legacy Fund.
