What a blessing it has been to make contact with my cousins and renew our relationship. Joan kept the social calendar for her sisters so we could arrange to get together for lunches. There have been many good memories......most recently I was reflecting on our families getting together to do Christmas caroling and how our tradition was visiting each familys home to see what gifts everyone received. It was great to talk to Joan about a month ago and she sounded so joyous and thankful that she had a good 2020 with her health but was unhappy about the pandemic. My sincere sympathy goes to her entire family along with my prayers. Ethel May Booso

Tracy, Kelly and Kari - what wonderful memories I have of Joan at Mercy. She was a friend to everyone at Mercy on Grandview because she processed our pay checks. We always told her she was such a classy lady because her jewelry always matched her outfits and she knew how to dress. I will always remember going to Atlantic City with her and seeing the shows at the casinos. What wonderful memories I have of Joan. I know she loved her family and Nate was so well known at the Mercy offices. He was her boy! I know you will miss this wonderful woman but know she was loved by so many. Prayers and sympathy - Sharon Daniels
