Our first Thanksgiving without you it has been hard getting the turkey together the first thing I asked was we need to put the turkey legs aside. Those were your favorite it was hard not hurrying up to get together to drive to the nursing home to make sure you had thanksgiving dinner. Happy Thanksgiving make sure you share the turkey with my girls give them lots of love. Love Lizzy

Dad, There are so many good memories that we had together, as a family and just of you. I remember going fishing at East Fork Lake, you taking us to Lawrenceburg Speedway and stopping by A&W Root beer on the way home, every summer we would plant the garden, You always got on me about quitting different jobs now that I am older I see why. I know we argued a lot and disagreed on just about everything you were always right in the end. I will always remember hanging out with you at your garage in Madisonville and cutting the grass. I remember putting on and taking off your shoes when you would come home from a hard days work. Even though you held a grudge against me about Grandpa Gries funeral I hope one day to feel your forgiveness. I can still hear you yelling Tam get me a cup of coffee, get me a glass of water. Tam make me some breakfast. I can remember sneaking your bottles of beer out of the fridge. I wish we would have had a better relationship as father and daughter, however you will always be my dad and I will always love you. Tell Savon I love I love him and miss him, and when it is my time I will see you again in heaven. Love Tammy
