Joseph Ko, 55 years of Amelia, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on December 25, 1969 in Thone Gwa of Rangoon to U Tin Hlaing and Daw Tin U.

Joseph Ko was a beloved husband and touched the lives of many with his kindness, generosity, and a talented electrical engineer, was known for his innovative problem-solving skills and dedication to excellence in his field. Joe was admired for his attention to detail, passion for learning, and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. He leaves behind a legacy of professionalism, creativity, and technical prowess that will be remembered by all who had the privilege of working with him. He will be deeply missed by his wife, family, friends, and all who knew him.

Joe led a fulfilling life as an electrical engineer, dedicating his career to pushing the boundaries of innovation in electrical engineering field.Beyond his professional endeavors, Joe found joy in planting, whether it was spending time with family, traveling, reading. He will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for his kindness, generosity, and zest for life.

The funeral service for Joe will be held at Woodside Crematory in Middletown, OH, 1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044, on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate his life. Memorial arrangements include a prayer service that will take place in the middle of the funeral program. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to IDP peoples of Burma in memory of Joe.
