My siblings and I send our condolences. Kay's death is the end of an era for those of us who grew up on Glenside Ave. Oh, the memories of those days in the 1950s, when we would play outside all day from one yard to another as our mothers hung the laundry out to dry. I remember your mom ironing while she watched her soap operas on TV in the afternoon. My mother told me her happiest days were on Glenside when we kids were little. I have wonderful memories of those years as I hope you do to. "We" are now the older generation. To every thing there is a season.... Annette Moore Sherman

Although I didn't know Aunt Kay well, I do remember she was always so sweet, and always seemed to be laughing. I'm so glad I got to see her at Aunt Norma's birthday party at Dennis and Mary Jo's house some years ago. RIP, Aunt Kay. And please say hello to Mom and Dad (Hank and Ollie) and Leslie for me.

My thoughts are with all of you at this time, so sorry for your loss of Kay, a wonderful, funny and friendly woman. She will be mis4sed! One memory of Kay was how she was always ready to travel, to wherever anyone was going. Always had her bag packed.
