Richard S. Bartley

UNION TOWNSHIP - Richard S. Bartley, age 69, passed away on April 4, 2026. He was born on January 9, 1957, to the late John R. and Ruth Bartley. Richard was the loving father of John Bartley and Jessica Pemberton; cherished grandfather of Tyler Bartley, Katherine Bartley, and Hannah Bartley; great-grandfather of Jabari Bartley; dear brother of the late Timothy Powers, the late Jon Powers, and the late Larry Powers; and best friend of Julia Baker. 

Richard loved reading and watching science fiction novels and movies, was a history buff, reminisced about his skydiving excursions, and was an avid outdoors man, especially enjoying Red River Gorge. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Richard's honor may be made to the Clermont County Humane Society or the Boy Scouts of America. 

Private services will be held at a later date.
