Rosemary Lee Wissing

AMELIA - We cherish the memories of our beloved Rosemary Lee Wissing, who passed September 24th, 2025. Devoted wife to Patrick L. Wissing Sr. Proud mother to Tara Foley and Allyson Wiley, step mother to Patrick Wissing Jr. and Lequita Wissing Fisher. Loving grandmother to Josh Callahan-Foley, Ethan Foley, Montgomery Witt, Isabell Foley, Lucas Foley and Julia Foley.

She was always full of unconditional love and spreading joy to those around her. She enjoyed watercolor, fishing, crime shows, crafts and anything that would bring a smile to those around. She loved being goofy with her friends and would go out of her way to help complete strangers. She was truly one of a kind and we are blessed to have been apart of her life. A celebration of life will be conducted by the family. We will hold our memories of her dear to our hearts and will gain strength to carry on through her love and perseverance. Yoda will carry on within all of us. Thank you to those who brought her joy.
