Ruth D. Hafer

Cincinnati - Ruth D. Hafer, age 86, passed away on November 25, 2021. She was born on April 10, 1935 to the late Brack and Dovia (nee Roberts) Moore. Ruth was the devoted wife of the late Howard Hafer; loving mother of Robert (Viona) Hafer, Barbara (Kevin) McKee, Steve Hafer, and the late Joseph Hafer; cherished grandmother of Jessica (Brett) Hammack, Kaitlyn (Justin) Staubach, Erin McKee, Wesley Hafer, and Savannah Hafer; beloved great-grandmother of McKenzie Hammack and Haylie Hammack; dear sister of David Moore, Shirley Pennington, Kathleen Turner, the late Donald Moore, the late Otis Moore, the late Art Moore, the late Robert Moore, the late Cliff Moore, and the late Lou Beck; and caring aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Ruth was a member of Batavia Faith United Methodist Church, and she worked for many years at Hospice of Cincinnati. A memorial service is pending. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
