Phelps, Tommy Phelps and the late Holly Schmitt. Family will receive friends Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 2 PM until 4 PM time of service at Moore Family Funeral Home, 6708 Main St. in Newtown. Graveside service 11 AM Monday in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
