Collins, Teddy D. II went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 12, 2022 in Milford , Ohio at the age of 52. He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on February 03, 1970 to his loving parents Teddy D. Collins. and Robin M. Collins (nee Dempsey). Loving Father of Ansley D. Collins and Nathen C. Collins. Cherished brother of Elizabeth D. Casey, LaDonna L. Oakley and Connie R. (Jason) Plave. Uncle of Patrick, Brendan, Preston, Avery, Megan, Lauren, Isabelle, and Isaac. Family will receive family and friends Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11 AM to time of service 1 PM at Moore Family Funeral Home, 225 Spring Street, Batavia, Ohio. Interment Concord Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to American Diabetes Association.

My heart goes out to Uncle Ted and Aunt Robin, and all the kids. I am so sorry that we have lost such a wonderful person. Teddy II was a bright ray of sunshine, and he will be dearly missed. I'm so sorry I could not be there with you all today. I love you all, and miss you so much.

Our deepest condolences go out to the Collins family. I grew up across the street from where both our parents still live and will always remember the long days as kids hanging out, playing sports in the yard, kick the can, and long sessions of playing board games, video games & music. You'll be missed Teddy!

Teddy was a very sweet and caring man. He will be missed by many. His humor was one of a kind and also his smile. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Thankfully, I have many fond memories to keep him alive in my mind.
