UNION TOWNSHIP - Tommy E. Phelps, age 58, passed away on December 14, 2023. He was born on April 17, 1965 to Lois (nee Randall) Phelps and the late Leamon Phelps. Tommy was the dear brother of Troy Phelps, Paula (the late Charles) Theaderman, and the late Shelia (Russell) Warner, Holly (surviving Robert) Schmitt, and Carlene Phelps. Tommy is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit at Moore Family Funeral Homes - 225 Spring Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103 from 10AM until 11AM funeral service on Thursday, December 21, 2023. Interment will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
