US MARINE - Tommy Lynn Prindle, age 80, was dispatched for the last time on October 13, 2025. Born April 27, 1945, to the late Orrin "Arnie" and Mildred (nee Carter) Prindle. Devoted Husband of 37 yrs to Kimberly Paul-Prindle. Loving Father of Tommy Prindle II, James "Stephen" Paul-Prindle, Jamie Paul-Prindle, Bridget Smiley, Brandi Paul-Prindle, and Erin Mattingly. Cherished Grandfather to Natalie, Jacob, Dani, Kayden, Bynson, Raylynn, Orrin, Madlynn, Kimberlynn, Nevaeh, and Ragnar. Loyal Brother to Debbie Nichols, and the late Dennis Prindle. Also survived by numerous Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Tom was a dedicated servant to his community. Joining the Marine Corps, he became a decorated Sargent in Vietnam. When he got back, he dedicated himself as a public servant where he joined the sheriff's office as a Correctional Officer and later retired from there. He worked as a fire fighter with the Batavia Fire Department and worked with Clermont County Seniors in helping others in and around Batavia. His duty was to do anything for anybody, and he made many great friends through this mission. All while rooting on the Reds and Bengals and showing he was proud to be an American.
A time for visitation will take place Saturday, October 18th, 2025, at Moore Family Funeral Homes - Batavia, 225 Spring St. Batavia, OH 45103, from 10am to 11am. Service to follow starting at 11am. Military Honors will take place graveside at Batavia Union Cemetery.
