Willard E. Prince

US ARMY VETERAN PRINCE Willard E. Jr. of Union Twp., Age 59 passed away peacefully on Dec. 18th with his family by his side. Will was born in Germany and later returned to Germany to serve his country as an Army Ranger Expert in Grenades and a M16 Sharpshooter. Will loved to travel and explore new places; his favorites being Yellowstone and Germany. He loved animals and was always rescuing a stray and even befriended a wild racoon that visited for 12 years. Will will be remembered for his great sense of humor, his loyalty, intelligence and love for his country. Mourning his passing are his beloved companion Jennifer Young, Daughters Nicole (Michael) Hertel and Kristina Prince. Dear son of Willard E. Prince and the late Velma (nee Daniel) Prince. Cherished grandfather of Kendall and Caroline Hertel. Family will receive friends Friday, December 22, 2017 from 10 AM until 12 Noon service at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 6708 Main St., Newtown. Memorials are preferred to American Legion Post 773, 137 E. Main St., Amelia, Ohio 45102 or Crossroads Hospice, 4380 Glendale Milford Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, Ky.
