Zach is the 7th generation that will continue the legacy of Moore Family Funeral Homes and will continue our commitment to the families we serve and our communities.
Zach's mission is to educate people of all their options and help families accomodate any ideas they may have when laying a loved one to rest.
He has seen first hand (while working with his parents, Uncle, and Grandparents) how healing it can be to a family member to actually participate in laying a loved one to rest. He routinely offers that to every family that calls on our service to them, regardless of the options they choose.

After more than 30 years of dedicated service, Scott retired from Moore Family Funeral Homes in May, 2026.
For over three decades, Scott has been a trusted leader, a compassionate guide, and an unwavering source of support for the families we serve. His professionalism, ingenuity, and heart for others have left a lasting impact on our team and our community.
