Grandfather of Justin, James, Austin, Desiraye, Jason Jr, Anthony, Shawn Summer, William, Cody, Cheyenne and Keesha. July 22, 2011, Age 67. Family will receive friends Thursday, July 28, 2011 from 10 AM until 12 Noon service at the Moore Family Funeral Home 225 Spring St. Batavia, Ohio 45103. Interment in Upper Five Mile Cemetery.
